Pilot evaluation of a self-assessment tool for the NHS Health Check.

Public Health England commissioned Chrysalis Research to conduct research with local authorities to evaluate a pilot of a self-assessment tool designed to help improve the quality and uptake of the NHS Health Check.

This research included analysis of existing survey data and qualitative interviews with those responsible for leading the NHS Health Check in their area. We also ran workshop sessions to further develop and refine the self-assessment tools.

These were designed to work collaboratively with those delivering the NHS Health Check to identify solutions and ways to overcome barriers to implement the self-assessment tool.
