We work with commercial, not for profit and public sector clients to help them understand how their customers experience their brand, product or service.
This involves benchmarking and tracking customer views over time through large scale quantitative research, as well as qualitative approaches to develop new product and service concepts.

Our evaluations come in all shapes and sizes
For some clients, we carry out evaluation activities year on year, tracking how far their reach spreads and how what they do affects people, including over time. For others, we carry out one-off evaluations of their programmes and services, which might be only a few months long or span a number of years.
In most of our projects, we act as independent evaluators, assembling for our clients a robust evidence base and a narrative of impact that they use to secure new or justify previous funding. In some cases, we co-deliver evaluation and monitoring activities with our clients, putting more-effective data gathering and analysis systems in place for them and developing their internal capacity as we do.
Big or small, focused on primary data capture or simply working with existing evidence – all our evaluations are robust, tightly focused on our clients’ needs and designed with the available resource in mind.
