Jonspecialises in qualitative techniques and works closely with clients on programme development and evaluation. He has worked for a range of commercial, charitable and public sector organisations and enjoys developing business strategies with clients to build on research and embed insight into business practice.
Natalia has in-depth expertise and understanding of the education sector and learning in a variety of contexts and settings, from early years to further and higher education. She joined Chrysalis in March 2016 from the Centre for the Use of Research and Evidence in Education (CUREE) and has a particular interest in arts education research and evaluation.
Tom’s interests focus on education, employment and skills. He was a primary school teacher before moving into research and policy, including roles with the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority, the Home Office and commercial research agencies. Tom has worked extensively with awarding bodies, sector skills councils and vocational training providers.
Anna has a background in health psychology and leads on our largescale quantitative projects. She has worked in both academic and commercial research during her career, exploring attitudes to fertility amongst young people with Cystic Fibrosis, the efficacy of communication skills training for oncologists and ways to motivate sedentary adults to increase their physical activity behaviour.
Catherine has a background in public sector project management. She worked with senior management teams within Children’s Services, including collating feedback on the effectiveness of Multi-systemic therapy for young people on the edge of care or custody. She plans, manages and coordinates the fieldwork stage of our research projects and provides additional research support.
Louise is our expert in public health and community research. She has direct experience in developing public health campaigns and evaluating communications about mental and physical well-being. Louise has built a range of innovative techniques into our research, including co-creation and peer-to-peer research.
